Longer Nano Laser Character (6 W)

The Longer Nano character combines a galvo system with a 450 nm diode with 6 W optical power, achieving speeds of up to 5000 mm/s with an accuracy of 0.05 mm – a speed typical of galvo characters, but integrated into a design created for portability and mobile work. The 3.3K resolution and 0.05 × 0.05 mm spot size allow you to maintain legible detail even at high beam speeds. The 100 × 100 mm working area and the ability to engrave curved surfaces extend the range of applications from flat elements to cylindrical objects. This means you can engrave in trade fairs, in service centers or directly at the customer’s premises – without compromising on quality.

Fast marking and small series production

The galvo system directs the light beam itself instead of moving a heavy head, so marking is immediate and without the delays typical of mechanical movement. With speeds of up to 5000 mm/s, what takes considerably more time with conventional engraving machines can be done here in a single, short operation. With the Longer Nano, you can mark batches of key rings, nameplates or product components in a single cycle, instead of waiting for subsequent axis strokes. A quick preview of the contour or curve at speeds of up to 32,000 mm/s allows you to immediately check the position of the design on the material before starting, thus reducing the risk of incorrect positioning to a minimum.

Sharp details and uniform lines across the entire engraving field

The field lens and dual optics system maintain uniform beam sharpness across the entire work area, minimizing the risk of distortion at the edges of the work area. Accuracy of up to 0.05 mm allows you to reproduce fine lines, small fonts and precise decorative elements without blurring. As a result, details on metal plates, leather or ceramics remain sharp regardless of their position in the field. The 3.3K resolution supports smooth tonal transitions and the readability of small graphic elements. This ensures that designs maintain a consistent appearance from the first to the last copy.

Engraving of large and unusual objects

The standard 100 × 100 mm field can be extended to 100 × 300 mm with a spindle extension (not included, sold separately), allowing you to work on longer objects without having to split the design. The 360° angle adjustment and manual operation make it easy to adjust the position of the laser on the surface. This means you can engrave long panels, decorative elements or parts of larger objects without having to disassemble them. The mobile design of the device allows you to approach the material from any side, which is especially useful for on-site customization or in small workshops with limited space.

Personalization of mugs and bottles while maintaining the proportions of the design

A jaw clamp (not included, sold separately) allows for stable engraving on curved surfaces, such as mugs, thermoses or bottles. This ensures that the design maintains a consistent line and proportions around the circumference – without the typical misalignment of makeshift supports. You can personalize 3D products while maintaining the proportions of the design around the circumference. This solution allows you to expand your range of services to include marking everyday objects and gifts without investing in separate rotary devices.

450 nm laser diode – engraving many materials and cutting wood

The 6 W 450 nm diode allows you to engrave wood, plywood, paper, leather, metal, ceramics, slate and plastics, as well as cut wood up to 6 mm thick. This allows you to prepare both markings and cut elements in a single project – without changing the device or reorganizing the workspace. The uniform spot size of 0.05 mm supports repeatability of the result on different materials.

From design to engraving in just a few clicks

The Longer Nano engraver works with LightBurn, LaserGRBL, and LaserBurn, as well as a mobile app, so it fits into a typical design workflow. A Wi-Fi or USB connection lets you transfer files directly from your computer or mobile device, depending on your workspace. Format support from G-Code and SVG to PNG and DXF makes it easy to use popular graphics tools. Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS systems let you work from any workstation. This means project preparation and delivery take less time, even in mobile environments.

Lightweight design and 10,000 hour lifespan

The design is approximately 40% lighter than comparable models, making it easier to transport between workstations. The 12 V 5 A power supply with a 110-240 V range allows the device to be connected to various locations. The source life exceeds 10,000 hours, allowing for long-term operation.
