1. Why can't my engraving machine connect to the computer?

A: Have you installed the CH340 driver? (There are software and drivers in the TF card in the package), the CH340 driver must be installed, otherwise it cannot be connected to the computer.

If you cannot open the files in the SD card, you can download them online, such as searching for LaserGRBL, Lightburn, CH340 drivers, etc.

You can also seek help from Twotrees' service personnel (the way is in the outer box and manual)

2. How to use the App to control the engraving machine on the mobile phone?
