The Shelly TopAC Portable EV Charger 11 kW (EVE01-11R) is a portable, three-phase EVSE that plugs directly into a CEE 16 A industrial outlet and provides up to 11 kW of charging power. It’s ideal for home, workplace, or on-the-go use: with its built-in display and button, the charging current (6–16 A) can be adjusted quickly to match the available electrical capacity at the location.

The TopAC protects both the vehicle and the electrical network with built-in electrical protections (overvoltage, overheating, short circuit, leakage current). The control box is rated IP65, and the cable features a Type 2 (EN62196) connector, making it compatible with most European electric cars. Total cable length is 5.6 m, with approximately 4.7 m on the vehicle side.

The charger includes Wi-Fi + Bluetooth connectivity, a local web interface (on LAN, without the cloud), and remote control via the Shelly Smart Control app. It supports the Auto Balance (dynamic load management) function when paired with a Shelly EM Gen2/Pro meter, so the charging current can be automatically adjusted to the household’s real-time consumption to protect the main breaker.
